Clinical Exercise & Reformer


Taking place in our onsite studio, utilising our wide range of equipment, these Physiotherapy Led Small Group classes cater to a wide range of people, injuries and rehab goals in a safe and structured way. With a maximum of 4 people in each class, and a personalised program, you will have plenty of support and guidance to help you reach your goals.


Core & Floor

Core & Floor is a targeted program to improve the function and strength of your pelvic floor and core. This class is suitable for everybody, in particular women with pelvic floor dysfunction and experiencing conditions such as stress urinary incontinence or pelvic organ prolapse.

Core & Restore

Core & Restore is suitable for everybody, including those recovering from injury to those who enjoy challenging their core strength, from people who are pregnant to those recovering from a spinal disc injury. We have a range of equipment available, including reformers, to complement your small group training.

Mums & Bubs

A group for women who have given birth within the last 6 months. Bring your bub along and enjoy postnatal appropriate exercise with a group of other new mums and return to exercise in a safe and structured way.

Pre-Class Assessment

Before attending any of our physiotherapy led classes, you will need to attend a 1 on 1 assessment with one of our physiotherapists so we can get to know you, assess and current or previous injuries. We’ll also complete a movement assessment as well as use Real Time Ultrasound to assess your pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscle function. We will then use all of this information to develop your own personalised program.
