Christina Clifford

Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Pilates Instructor

As a child I did a wide range of sports including tumbling gymnastics, and soccer. This led to a fascination with how the body moves and works. I got my first experience with this as a tumbling coach when I was 16. I have also coached soccer, worked in mental health, taught a developmental program for 0-5 year olds, and worked with the elderly. I have had the unique experiences of working with people between the ages of 6 weeks to 96years.

At Bounce Back: It is great to be able to help clients reduce the impact of stress, injury or daily life. I enjoy figuring out what is going on in the body, how it is compensating, and coping with pain, then work out what I can do to improve this. I have seen clients become stronger, stretchier and manage more than they thought they could.

After work: I enjoy spending time being active with my kids, watching a movie with my husband, or watching Netflix when everyone else is in bed.
