From a young age, dance, gymnastics and aerobics became a part of her life and at 16 she made her first world championships in Sport Aerobics. This led to successfully competing for Australia for 10 years. Training at this level and experiencing multiple injuries led Brooke to discover the value of the rehabilitation process in looking after the body.
In 2003 she completed her first Pilates teacher training course, closely followed by Yoga teacher training in 2004. Keen to develop a deeper understanding of movement and the body Brooke completed a degree in Sports Science and a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation and started working as an Exercise Physiologist.
Brooke has a passion for helping people get the most out of their body whether that be for daily life or sports performance.
Brooke can help with a broad range of problems including managing chronic disease, injury rehabilitation, improving movement performance and pre/post natal clients.
